Positive: For the price I got I can’t really complain 59,35 euros . That’s why you got 10 ! plus the breakfast is really excellent !!

Negative: but should the price be normal then Wifi not working for a 4 star hotel this should never happen whatsoever is the cause it should be resolved in less than 1 hour because i am sure you reservation system didn’t suffer for 1 whole day of not having internet ?? secondly the air conditioning system is very noisy ( not so good for such a luxurious hotel ) and the door of the shower is falling apart I understand you are opening but still I saw the owner of your hotel in the breakfast room instead of looking to his pool he should maybe check on the important issues .

Summary: Very good for that price but many improvements to be done

Negative: breakfast was very poor and people were already cleaning at 9am ... probably a thing than you can experience off season

Positive: The hotel matches the price. The breakfasts were rich and delicious, the appetizers for dinner as well (in the form of a buffet). The rest of the dinner is served, mostly it was good, except the fish. You are entitled to more courses than you can eat. All drinks including beer and good wine were free. The hotel has two pools that are not overcrowded, so it's nice there. All the inland rooms have a beautiful view of the pine forest and a minimum of buildings, the description of the hotel does not exaggerate in this matter. The surroundings are much nicer than usual in touristic areas, it is such a large forest.

Negative: Our room had a bathtub instead of a shower, which is impractical. You have to know the rules, which you have to find out for yourself, not from funny signs like "pay your spending four days before departure" or "we will fine you for taking a drink outside the bar") It is always necessary to come to the beginning of dinner, it ends at 8:45 at 8:50 PM they won't even give you a glass of water. They will not tell you at the reception that you have a discount for the beach. The reception staff has some problems with English, overall there is a bit of confusion (the cleaning ladies change clean towels, they want to clean just before departure, the reception does not record car license plates and as a result cannot solve that someone is blocking the roads in the hotel parking lot). Parking was a big problem on arrival, we couldn't fit in the hotel car park, there were no free or paid spaces on the street and there is no real car park for miles around. Later we were able to fit into the parking lot, but the staff never know if there is free space or not. The beach is quite expensive, the public beach is about 400 meters away.

Summary: Not bad, matches the price, sometimes a little confusing
