Summary: Super friendly staff. I was there in the off season and while the hotel room is pretty basic, the hotel has a lot of charm, and the staff are very accomodating

Summary: We had the bad luck of the hotel's boiler failure, so no hot water. but they addressed it fast and offered a discount on the bill to apologise, very professional.
