Positive: The spa was nice. Good to soak in at the end of the day after a hike.
Negative: The breakfast could be better. The pastries, pancakes and waffles were dry, not fresh. Bigger selection of fruit and veg needed. I was unlucky at the restaurant with my meal choice.
Summary: Good hotel, partly renovated. Breakfast could be improved.

Positive: Good breakfast with large variety and quality of food. Large spa zone with fairly big pool and variety of saunas (+long working hours). A bit far away from ski lift, but shuttle bus was always available. Few restaurants inside the hotel and in the neighborhood.

Positive: The pool and wellness facilities are great, especially excellent saunas of various types, lots of places to relax. Real juice from fresh oranges at breakfast, excellent pastries. The hotel premises are nicely and tastefully decorated and are very spacious. The possibility of sitting in the garden in the evening, during and outside dinner.
Negative: 1) Although we had booked a room with a view and a balcony, we originally received neither a view nor a balcony. The mistake was mainly that on the "booking" pictures on the Internet, there was a picture of this type of accommodation that leads from the bedroom to the balcony, but in reality this is not the case. The hotel management should proactively draw attention to this error and correct it, otherwise the visitors are confused. In the end there was an exchange the next day, but we only got a balcony facing the street and not a view of the valley - better find out in advance where you will be staying. And I emphasized this in communication with the hotel three months in advance, that we expect a view and a balcony, but the reality was different. 2) Very weak internet. 3) The shared bed was made up of two mattresses instead of one big one I would have expected. 4) Poor service at the reception, during check-in we were not given a lot of information that hotels of this level normally provide without request (options for trips, bike rental, weather forecast).
