Positive: It was a fantastic stay. It was extremely clean, staff was gracious and it was simple, great views and close to centro but not in the mix of all the noise.
Negative: A small nightlight would be great beside the bed for reading and a small safe could offer some people some piece of mind. Overall it was great and way better than I thought it would be. Internet was in and out but to be expected for the lake.
Summary: Extremely clean, very friendly staff and great location.

Positive: Great value for the price. Good location, clean, basic and simple, gave us everything we needed.
Negative: The rooms on the upper floors were pretty warm in the evening. We knew there was no AC, but a fan might be a great addition.

Positive: The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The water was nice and hot with a reasonable pressure. I kept re-booking and the staff always offered to clean my room whenever I needed it or provide extra towels. I was there when the cleaners came through oneday and they scrubbed the room beautifully, even though I was extending. They provide a table and chair to sit on the balcony with and you get a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. It's in a nice location, walking distance to the dock and some nice local cafés and restaurants. The wi-fi was good and they lock the gate overnight so it feels very safe.
Negative: A hand towel for the bathroom would be nice. And maybe a little stool to hold shower things in the bathroom. I used the stool I the room and it worked well.

Positive: Good clean rooms in a pretty new hotel. Not many other guests at the time we were there so it was very quiet. The place is located at the "main" (tourist) street of San Pedro but luckily on the far end so the loud city center does not cause disturbances. Good hot shower, decent internet at around 9.21MB/s down, 15.81MB/s up, 54ms latency. Nice outdoor lounging area on the balconies and the rooftop.
Negative: Rooms are a bit small so most space will be used to house unpacked luggage, not a big problem.

Positive: A more modern and new hotel in San Pedro hotel which is super comfortable and very clean. Extremely comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Close to the center but a few minutes away so it’s much quieter, especially on weekends. There’s a rocking chair and small table outside each room to relax and lots of outlets (including outside the room). The family who runs the hotel is so kind and helpful. When I was sick they brought me water (I was too ill to go downstairs to get the free refillable water at reception) and there’s a WhatsApp number they gave me to reach out if I needed anything. There is hot water in the shower, you just need to turn the handle a little bit for the lowest pressure. Even though my room didn’t face the lake but the inner courtyard, I loved hearing the birds and nature sounds. They can also book tours for you and they offer a laundry service. If you’re staying for longer you can request staff to clean your room. Wifi worked pretty well from the room but worked perfectly from the balcony. TV was nice to have when feeling sick to relax in the room.
Negative: A communal fridge would be really nice to have and refillable water outside of reception. You can see a little bit of the lake from the balcony but not exactly a lake view like advertised.
