Positive: It was a good basic hotel room that was clean and comfortable bedding. The pool was nice to relax by. Hotel was on waterfront.

Negative: Booking.com facilities listing needs to be updated. Hotel policy charges all bookings immediately for bookings in July/Aug, there is free parking and no bond required. The rooms are not air-conditioned, only the common areas. Room had very antiquated shower head over bath. WiFi required continuous logon after each session.

Positive: Room was large, comfortable and clean. In fact it looked as though we were the first clients ever to use it. Everything looked brand new. A very good buffet style breakfast with a good choice of things to eat. Pool was closed, but then it is February!

Negative: Sadly, the "heated" towel radiator in the bathroom was not working and the bathroom was a bit chilly.

Summary: Very friendly staff. Alexandre was very polite and helpful. We recommend this hotel.

Positive: The hotel was easy to find with free parking and a friendly and informative welcome. We had a large well appointed bedroom with a view and small balcony. The breakfast was extra, buffet continental style with good choice and generous. The grounds were attractive with a covered swimming pool and we liked the riverside location. Tréguier is an interesting city and a great centre for exploring the North Brittany coast and region.

Negative: We were disappointed that, after we had booked the hotel and paid for it in advance, we were informed that the very highly rated restaurant attached to the property was permanently closed. There are many restaurants in Tréguier but it was a steep climb up into the city to access them. Many were closed on Sunday and Monday evenings.
