Summary: Very dissatisfied with the room. Walls needed paint, fridge very outdated, a hole in the bedsheets, uncomfortable bed and pillows, no air-conditioning with the extreme heat. The closet was quite nice but the rest of the room seemed like it stepped into 1979´s. Barely any products to wash yourself. For the price I paid, extremely disappointed. Would not recommend staying there. In all fairness, I do not know about the other rooms but this one was definitely not adequate for the cost. I wish I was able to add a picture because I took several but it did not appear after downloading.

Summary: The staff was lovely! My only complaint was the beds are a little firm, but we can deal with that. The price was great and all the employees were amazing!

Summary: Hotel was rustic, food great, team welcoming, especially restaurant team. However after dinner a couple of us had a drink in the bar. It was not late but the shutter on the bar was closed whilst we were drinking with no notice or enquiry as to whether we would like another drink. We travelled with friends and we both had rooms on two separate floors. Both rooms were very dusty, white dust which has built up especially on desk chair, When you touched the touch bedside light a shower of dust flew up. In our room the air con did not work properly and kept flashing. Probably a build up of dust. Bed clean and comfortable, bathroom fine. A busy road dust cause dust so attention to this is important especially as two different rooms were the same.

Summary: Expensive for a 2* hotel at €88 with parking charge an extra €12. Streetside parking o/night is also €12 and scarce. Hotel facilities are ok with bar and restaurant franchises in the same building. Located close to the beach and train station is 300m away with journey time to San Sebastain 30 mins. Hotel is old a could do with refurbishment. No water or Tea/Coffee making facilities and bathroom products are limited. €100 for 1 night stay in a 2* ....🤔 not again !
