Negative: It was fine but felt like our room just got the “landlord special” the rooms are dark and light is limited. The tv randomly turns off after an hour unless you press a button during the hour. Our sheets were stained and torn and our tiles he him in it too. The staff replaced the sheets and towels so it ended up being fine

Negative: We stayed at room #719 Beds are super uncomfortable, smelly pillows with stained sheets and blanket with a big hole. The toilet tank sometimes stays empty like water system is defective. The bathroom sliding door has no lock and it slides open by itself. Definitely not acceptable. Breakfast not included.
Summary: Never visit again. Sorry.

Positive: I celebrated my 40th birthday while staying at Hotel Alba. Jesalyn helped make my birthday so special. When we arrived at the hotel, my room was decorated . Hotel alba is extremely lucky to have Jesalyn on their team.
