Summary: The hotel itself is an older hotel with a beautiful location on lake Lucerne. The staff was fabulous. The check in desk assisted us with everything. The restaurant servers were exceptional. Especially in making sure my husband had the best single malt whisky. The food was some of the best of our entire trip. We would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed the piano player

Summary: Spectacular view of the lake from the pool. Spa and pool were wonderful and not crowded, so it was very peaceful and relaxing and loved that there were waterbeds available to rest on. The meals were delicious, too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Summary: Great place to stay with an amazing view of the lake. The staff was super kind and helpful. It was a long walk to the bus station with luggage for my trip out the next day and they were able to arrange a ride for me and sent me with a sandwich since I had to leave before breakfast started. Very thoughtful. The pools are a great amenity and the spa menu looked amazing. Comfortable bed too.
