Positive: We just got back from the mountains and we're very tired so the beds were perfect for a good rest.

Negative: The shower over the bath is a bit challenging especially if you have disability.

Positive: Its good for solo travelers and short stay, easy location to the old town.

Negative: The breakfast was really poor, I would prefer not to have it and eat in a local bakery. The woman on the reception didn't speak English but the guy who did was very friendly and helpful. Also, there were ants on the floor which were appearing every other night.. not sure if the overall cleanness was good enough.

Positive: The owner is forthcoming, always available to be reached by phone or social media. The hotel's location is very good; restaurants, coffee shops, wine shops, and the city center are all very close. The room is clean, with a terrace that offers a nice place to rest, drink coffee, and smoke (if preferred). Breakfast is nice, with vegetables, fruits, cheese, salad, egg, and water. On the front desk, you can find salt and coffee. The wifi is good, though sometimes with limited availability. Entrance to the Hotel (on the 4th and 5th floors of the other object) is available all day.

Positive: The room was very comfortable. I needed to stay in Tbilisi an extra night and leave early, I could not extend my stay in my original hotel as it was fully booked. This hotel was very much a cheap bed for one night as I had to leave early morning. I therefore did not try breakfast so cannot comment, but my room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is very good for anyone on a budget. You have a fridge, kettle etc.

Negative: All good for the price paid.
