Positive: Beautiful area, nice hotel, clean rooms, abundant breakfast, I recommend the pre-orderable dinner (four-course dinner) to everyone, the staff is kind, friendly, and helpful.

Negative: I found nothing to complain about.

Summary: I have traveled a lot in my life, I have stayed in many hotels, but they were able to surprise me.

Positive: Klaus is exceptional. Friendly accommodating and professional. The attention to detail are fabulous throughout the Hotel. The staff are great too and very helpful when the children had minor food requests. The chef is outstanding, the quality of the food impressive and delicious. The rooms are really comfortable and decorated tastefully. Spacious and stylish, with sizeable balconies. We are a big family group of all ages on a skiing holiday, celebrating the Christmas break. The New Years Eve celebrations were wonderful, Klaus put on a lovely Gala Dinner with multiple courses starting with a glass of Champagne, ending with beer fresh from the kegs, fireworks and midnight buffet. The Goulash is so tasty. Perfectly located for the Ski Schools and slopes. I would recommend the Hotel to everyone.

Negative: I am struggling to find something to fault. The only thing I can say is the Hotel is very warm, we had to wear t-shirts outside of our rooms. Adjusting the heat in our rooms, however, is easy and we were comfortable while sleeping.
