Positive: Great location in the centre of town, with convenient amenities especially the Swiss pine sauna and breakfast restaurant. We enjoyed the hospitality of the apples provided (even though one was rotten) and the fragrance as we entered the room. The staff were very courteous and helpful to allow us even with an ice pack as part of first aid.

Positive: The kids loved the pool, we all loved the Kegalbahn, the restaurant was great - great food and great service, super friendly staff, breakfast had everything. Sauna was well done. Kids felt very comfortable. Fully enjoyed our stay!

Positive: Warmth and friendliness of staff and guests. The food was very good, no meal disappointed. Loved the bar area, centred around the circular fire. Excellent proximity to ski bus and right in the centre of town. We had an excellent spacious room, which was very comfortable.

Negative: Only half board bookers have access to the restaurant in these evening. The noise in the street starts early in morning as a there is a lot of stop and shop In the vicin⁰ity. That's a pity.

Positive: Our room was big and clean always. The food was exceptionally delicious and the employees are the nicest and friendliest we have ever experienced! We have been to many hotels in Austria and around the world, but these have been so far the best. We felt at home, our needs were met. They would even warm food for our toddler and would make suggestions for his food incase the kids menu was not what he could eat. They always found solutions to accommodate him too. This is a hotel that we will definitely visit again. Thats has never been the case. My toddler fell in love with Julia. She was amazing.. We didn't feel uneasy with the kids if they were hyper, the employees would indulge them and this would distract the kids. They didn't react irritated, they were welcoming. For the first time I found a cook who knows how to make Lamb meat. Yummy and delicious food. We were greeted and welcomed at the reception like VIPs. The beds were comfortable, the play room was really nice and we loved the table they selected for us during our stay. Amazing hotel, amazing team, everything was amazing. We loved it and wished we had booked longer. There are shops and cafés also in the area so incase one wants to shop or chill somewhere else, it's available. Best place for families. Weiter so...

Negative: Everything was perfect. The only thing I'd have wished for is for a roof/ cover at the terrace especially when it's raining. And a water cooker in the room would have also been great, especially when travelling with toddlers. But still everything was perfect.

Positive: I chose this location for the multitude of kids friendly activities available for our 2 and a half years old. I couldn’t have chosen better. The area is amazing, there are a lot of family suitable hikes to montain huts with playgrounds and petting zoos. The village itself has an amazing free of charge playground with miniature huts and even a pond. The hotel itself was perfect for families with an amazing playground and an indoor pool. Also, the room was very spacious either a large bed that fitted the 3 of us. Food at the restaurant was delicious and we could try many local foods. It’s true that not all of the staff speak English, but some of them do. Also all of them were extremely helpful and kind.

Negative: This applies to hotels policies for toddlers in general. All of them provide a cot, but a stepping stool for the kid to reach the sink would be much more helpful.

Positive: A very cozy hotel, beautiful interiors that emphasize the family continuity of management of this hotel. Great reception staff - the only ones who speak and understand languages other than German. Large rooms, comfortable mattresses (which I can't say about the pillows). Excellent breakfasts, where in addition to the buffet, you can order a hot dish. If you go to the mountains - the hotel gives you the opportunity to use hiking poles - priceless! Special thanks for this! There is also the possibility of a free group excursion, but if you do not speak German and do not want to wait for the group for 3 hours in the cafe at the top - I do not recommend it. There is a car parking.

Negative: When check-in, you are offered to download a translator application. At first, this caused some confusion, but then it became clear that there is NO duplication of information in any language. Everything is written only in the local (German) language. Starting from the rules for using the spa, information in the room and ending with the menu for breakfast and lunch. This is extremely inconvenient. You will have difficulty ordering drinks for dinner or a hot meal for breakfast. You may not even know that you can order a hot meal for breakfast, because the information about it is somewhere near the entrance to the kitchen and is written only in German. Since you will be reading the menu through the phone screen using a translator program, it is easy to make a mistake with the choice of a dish. Not all of them are tasty and some have very peculiar combinations. There is no refrigerator in the room, no possibility to make tea or coffee.
