Positive: I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Poland Lublin and would highly recommend it. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms that made for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time I’m in Poland. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!

Positive: The staff was excellent and the location was wonderful! Would highly recommend.
Negative: Not their fault, but there was construction which made it hard to park and was loud at times. The only negative aspect of the stay, which was manageable.

Positive: Breakfast was good. We noted some less positive comments from previous guests but found it suited our requirements well.
Negative: Our room was 204. It and the rooms above/below are positioned directly above the hotel's air conditioning units, that are located in the car park. The noise from those was intrusive. The staff to whom we initially reported the issue recognised it but they and the hotel were unable to make any change to our room allocation, despite the fact we were staying for six nights and had booked a long time in advance. The offer of a bottle of wine by way of compensation was almost rude, given the overall cost of our stay.
Summary: Hotel is generally very good but rooms that overlook the air conditioning units should be avoided.
