Positive: The hotel is very nice, in a great location, in a bit more secluded and peaceful part of the town. It has a great outdoor space, pool and access to a private party of the beach. The room was nice and spacious, with an amazing view. The food selection was also nice and diverse. The concierge service was amazing and very helpful. Also the rest of the staff was kind and helpful.
Negative: Some parts of the hotel would need some work and upgrading. It feels that everything is catered to older German speaking tourists. It is hard to find any English programmes on the television, everything is in German. Parking was a bit complicated and we were not sure what we should do and what the options were. At the check in we did not get any information about dinner or breakfast time, or other amenities of the hotel. It all seemed kind of rushed. It also gets very busy in the dining room at the time of breakfast. But we were still very happy with our stay.

Positive: We have stayed here a number of times we like the location the facilities and staff.
Negative: Dinner Buffet, it’s lacking, salad bar is good the rest is very mediocre, fish that had been cooked for a while is never nice, needs improvement.

Positive: The stuff at the Hotel was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good you had a variety of choices of food. Despite the restaurant and the bar being closed on the beach, the waiters still delivered us drinks on the beach when we went to order them in the pool bar.
Negative: The restaurant on the beach and the bar on the beach we’re still not open and I found that really negative because the season has already started. Despite the hotel being renovated and it’s really nice, the bathroom in our room was still a bit old.
Summary: Staff was really nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Positive: Nice view, quite cosy and very clean room, good sized pool and very comfortable and relaxing spa.
Negative: There were loud constructions around hotel, hence the discount. Breakfast was decent, but dinner was subpar - nice spread of cold appetizers, but everything prepared on the stove was extremely disappointing (overcooked chicken risotto, gummy turkey rolls, rump steak way, way overdone, gelatin on the cakes was though to chew...). Restaurant staff was too slow cleaning empty plates and forgot to ask if we want a drink, even though there were very few guests. Spa zone was excellent, but still there were a couple of tiles missing in each shower. The worst was the day we were departing. In the morning we asked the receptionist if it was okay if we go for a swim after check-out and can they take care of our luggage for an hour or two for which she said it's fine and we are welcome to do so. We packed, came to reception desk to check-out and there was another receptionist who said we can use the pool for additional fee (the price of the whole day stay at the spa) which wasn't mentioned previously. After we politely declined, because we didn't want to pay a whole days fee for an hour, she looked at her watch and sarcastically told us that we have 15 more minutes to check-out if we are up for a dive. Well, thank you.
