Positive: Good location, warm welcome and nice staff. Breakfast was excellent.
Negative: I was unable to stop by car next to the Hotel as it is located in a narrow one way street and there is always some traffic jam. Furnitures are a bit old and I got a TWIN room (I was a solo traveller) instead of a DBL / king bed.
Summary: It was fine.

Positive: The welcome at the hotel was very friendly, the staff is the best aspect as it is super helpful and friendly. The hotel is also super well positioned in the center of Rzeszow, with several restaurants very close by
Negative: The hotel is not a recent building and it hasn't been refubirshed recently. It is an acceptable standard, but limits the comfort : air conditioning is old and lacks control, room lamps are a bit old as well as shower material. What was probably most annoying is that people were shouting in the street late at night and windows did not protect noise very much. Also some guests were pretty noisy with doors regularly banging during the night. Overall the hotel is acceptable, but you can probably find better options in Rzeszow for similar price.

Negative: Breakfast options- should have been informed about a’la carte breakfast option- instead of the buffet. Something basic like fresh croissant or scrambled eggs or sourdough toast (made per order), should be promoted for people who don’t fancy heavy polish traditional breakfast offering. By the way everything on the buffet should be replaced every hour. Otherwise it is soggy and disgusting (like your scrambled eggs)

Positive: Excellent staff, warm, friendly and goes beyond to assist the customer. Everyone from the receptionist to the cleaners to the staff at the restaurant....etc were at their best. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back in the future. If possible try to book a room that is overlooking the Rynek ( square ).
Negative: It was unclear that the main door to the hotel will be closed at 2200 hrs, and a door on the side street is open. Would be nice if this is mentioned in the welcome SOP.
