Summary: Our check-in was fantastic as we were provided some options for things to do and sights to see. The hotel is conveniently located in a cute square with multiple restaurants and the hotel’s restaurant has fabulous Mushroom risotto and Aperol Spritz.

Summary: charming hotel, front desk guy was SO helpful & nice. it is hard to find - i stopped at a pharmacy to ask for location, they didn't know & it was about 3 minute walking beyond. to find it, you can walk from the train station (10-15 min) towards the main plaza, keep going almost to the end. on the right tucked in the back, after the shops, is the entrance. only complaint is no tv channels in english. which normally isn't important, except that everything in the town except restaurants closes by 6pm so relaxing in the evening with tv is not going to happen. otherwise, loved it!

Summary: Family owned, amazing stay and gracious hosts. The co-owner, (Manuel) was helpful planning our stay and was so excited to show us his hotel. From the unique Grotto, its history to the history of Lacarno. His English was impeccable and we felt very welcome and relaxed.

Summary: We did not have a car, so the location of the hotel was perfect. A few minutes from a bus stop, as well as the train station (which has a great tourist office by the way) and a little bit futher the port. The staff was very kind and helpfull. I would recommend to take the breakfast with your package, worth it. We had a great time. I just want to mention that the hotel is not directly on Piazza Grande, but slitly in the back between to larg building. I guess it is an old bulding remodeled. I don't think you can see the Piazza from the hotel but you are there to visit not sit in your room.

Summary: - Great location - Good restaurant - Very friendly staff - Nice and clean room, just as advertised - Unique interior design (might be a little scary for little children ;-)) - Accessibility with a pram was possible but not excellent (narrow elevator & some steps)

Summary: Super central to piazza grande. Stayed here during the moon&stars festival. Room was ok for a night. Unfortunately no a/c only fan - got quite hot during the night. 10 mins walk from main train station

Summary: The staff was great and this was an excellent location right on the main piazza but set back a bit so the rooms were quiet. The staff was very friendly and everyone went out of their way. The rooms are simple but clean and attractive. TV with cable and perfectly fine bathroom. A great breakfast was included. I would stay here again and again.

Summary: The hotel is located just off the Piazza Grande which is fantastic. All the rooms have been newly renovated and are nicely decorated in clean white, with nice and modern bathroom amenities. However, the room I stayed in (n°36) was rather on the small side.The bed is very large and comfortable though. All the windows are soundproof. My reservation included breakfast but I did not try it and the hotel also offers a pizzeria on the ground floor which seemed quite busy in the evening but I didn't try out either. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
