Positive: Pros: - Amazing сafe view on the mountains and delicious breakfasts however the selection is not very diverse. They always have fresh fruits, freshly baked bread + scrambled eggs or fried eggs that cook upon request. - Prime Location: only 5 minutes from the main square and 2 minutes from the market of Urubamba. - Excellent soundproofing: the hotel is very quiet but there was only 1 room occupied when I lived there, so it might be different in a high season. - Comfortable spacious room with cozy bed, plenty of blankets, and the option to turn on the heating if needed. - Super friendly and extremely welcoming staff. Maybe not all the employees speak English but they always try to understand you and do their best.
Negative: Not so many cons and they are all manageble: - Hairdryer is available on ly by request, if you ask at the front desk. - No in-room water, they have only water and coca leaves tea on the firts floor. - No refrigerator in the room, if you transport some medicine that needs to be cold or just want to keep your beverages cold, take it into account. Inconvenient Outlets: The outlets are awkwardly placed behind the beds and need to be moved to be used. Limited Breakfast Variety: Although breakfast features fresh fruit and freshly baked bread, the selection is not very diverse.

Positive: The accommodations and property itself looks very charming and modern enough to make you feel really comfortable (got surprised noticing they have elevator) the hot water during shower time was amazingly good, the coffee and fresh fruit at the breakfast area were excellent and the view from the 4th floor was stunning! The staff are super kind, they always try to make you feel comfortable, they organized a full day tour for me and my family to Maras Moray and Salineras for a fair rate. This is a real 3 starts hotel, a gem just a block away from main square. Thank you guys, definitely I will come back soon!!!

Positive: The staff and management were excellent. The location is a block away from main square. The front desk manager organized our afternoon tour and nothing was impossible to accomplish. Private transport to Ollantaytambo was arranged with ease. Definitely recommend for those wishing to stay in Urubamba. Jim

Positive: Location was central to the town square in Urubamba. Bed was comfortable. Very nice shower and bathroom. Helped arrange transportation from cusco airport
Negative: I felt the price was a bit high for the accommodation quality... while everything was good at the property, I stayed at many similar quality properties in Peru for less. Also for english speakers do note that the hotel staff speaks very little english, as is fairly typical in properties in the countryside.
