Summary: The room toilet was not clean, it seemed that they don't use cleaning products to desinfect. No good provision of body soap. The pillow bed was smelly, seemeed not changed. The square pillow was even worse. Breakfast is good. I would suggest personnal at the reception can be seeing upon arrival, you only see a head. For a 4 star hotel is way far from the 4 star. 3 star the most.

Summary: Our stay at Angelis Hotel was excelente! The staff is pretty friendly and veru thougthful with each destila. A highlight to Denise who welcomed us at the reception and gave our detail about Prague. The property is lucky to have her as part of the staff. Additionally we had a tiny problem in our shower when we got in the room and immediately she moved us to another room without any constrain. During 31st December the staff offered to us a lovely bottle of champagne to celebrate New Years Eve which was lovely too. Thank you to Denise and all team from Angelis hotel, we will certainly recommend to friends and when possible be back to this accommodation

Summary: Room was spotlessly clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Great quiet location - just a quick tram ride into Prague centre.

Summary: Stayed for business trip, location to my office was excellent, 3 minutes walking. Property does not have restaurant but there are good options in 5-10 minute walk. Tram station is 2 min walk Metro station 8 min walk You can be in old town in 15-20 minutes Breakfast is ok for 1-2 days, my stay was 11 days so I had to go to the nearest cafe. Downside: people in Europe smoke a lot, this property has a dedicated space for smoking and if you do not like the smell you are in trouble, however, the smell does not get to the rooms, I do not smoke but don’t mind about it just be aware

Summary: Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Very clean. Near Tram service. Parking off site and is at extra cost. Easy access to Old Town, Charles Bridge and the Castle.
