Summary: i book this hotel on a regular basis for my technicians. This hotel is very accommodating at reactive bookings and aim to please when requesting extensions of rooms at last minute and try to accommodate where they can. Reception staff are exceptional and cant do enough for you. Very polite and speak very good english!!

Summary: The check-in receptionist was rude. It was a surprise that breakfast was not included, this was not clear in the advertisements and no options for with/without breakfast available. This was, apparently, my fault for not booking directly with the hotel. I have been there many times over the past 20 years and never had this problem before. I do not plan on returning.
