Positive: A place with a heart. The family is running the whole business. The concept as well the spa , wellness , accomodation , restaurant , is high class. It is very cozy place. The family Lorenz is personally taking care and takes time for their customers.

Positive: Staff was incredibly helpful, attentive and pleasant, pools were great and area in the back with loungers was amazing.

Negative: It was incredibly hot and hotel doesn't have AC, was very hard to sleep. Also was hard to use gym without AC. For the price I paid AC should be mandatory.

Summary: Hotel staff was great, but no AC made it uncomfortable
