Summary: Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I am traveling by myself with my small dachshund of 4 kg. They charge 18 euros extra per night, which was not stated. Also, I booked this stay due to the pool area but my dog wasn’t allowed even by my side at a sun bed. So I was forced to stay at another area behind the house with no option to have a swim, only a shower which I had to ask them to turn on every time (very cheap one). There was a ramp down to the lake but it was extremt dirty with bird poop. The staff had an attitude, I would not say they should work at this hotel. It’s a three star hotel overall. Poorly overlooked, the elevator is jumpy and I was afraid of taking it. Also they threw a loud DJ event so my first night when I travelled for 12 hours and wanted some quiet at 10 pm it was extremely loud music and chattering. When I asked if they could stop the music due to my room was above the pool (which we weren’t allowed to use), they were rude. The guests at the party didn’t even stay at the hotel….!!!!! Absolutely a big no for this hotel do not stay here.

Summary: Excellent hotel. Everything is brand new. The swimming pool and restaurant are really charming. Service was very attentive and friendly. Quite recommend Araba Fenice in Iseo

Summary: Loved the bed...very comfortable and big...balcony nice, but, smokers next door to us promted us to close our door..too close. the bathroom could use a little love..mirror light out, and toilet flush button loose.

Summary: We stayed for one night as a birthday treat and after travelling round the Franciacorta vineyards we had a wonderful and relaxed stay at the hotel. Good restaurant along with a fantastic infinity pool
