Positive: Staff are very welcoming and tried their best to make our stay as easy as possible.. Parking inside the hotel is an added bonus howver missing electrical charging point. (you have to leave the car in adjasent parking to charge in Enel x way spots). Breakfast was very good and overall a comfortable stay.. Price was quite steep however we visited in easter time which is expected to be more expensive than usual

Positive: Free hotel bikes, really practical. They might be a bit old but they pedal really easily and the terrain is ideal for them. Brilliant. The cleaners were lovely, really friendly and good at their job. Great location for the main bus route and directly next to a huge supermarket.
Negative: Boring breakfast. Same every day. Feeling watched by the staff, the constant 'in and out' of the kitchen to stir the scrambled egg, which seemed to be an obsession of one member of staff. General whirlwind of fiddling and fussing with the breakfast items, which I don't need in a morning. Nowhere in the hotel to relax other than the rooms, it rained for several days during our stay and I had no desire to sit in a draughty lobby (staff love to keep the doors and windows open to ventilate), or prop the bar up. Seats all very basic, not comfortable for the time of year, although in the heat of summer they're probably adequate. Ants in the bathroom and then the bedroom. The bad weather seemed to kick them off. Day in day out. We spoke to the manager but it seemed to fall on deaf ears, probably an ongoing issue. Just kept getting asked if we'd had food in the room. Hmm, well, yes actually, I'm on holiday and paying £100 a night for the room, is that not allowed? If we'd been throwing food around and dropping crumbs everywhere, then I could have understood, but we were very tidy guests. The cleaners dealt with them every day but they just came back at night. Powder always works a treat in the UK, don't know why they can't just put some down there. Overall, we received what I'd describe as a competent service. It felt very Germanic, very much 'Ordnung muss sein'. Not quite the right vibe for a relaxing holiday. Staff possibly just drained since it was the end of the season but not the warmest hospitality.

Positive: Good location. Housekeepers were very friendly and kept room very clean, changed all towels every day. Very handy that hotel offers free bikes.
Negative: Reception staff not friendly, never smiled or greeted. Very poor wife and tv connection. Swimming pool very dirty, lots of hair and dirt. Stayed 7 nights and never seen it cleaned. Choice of breakfast very poor. Pillows very hard, first 3 nights couldn’t even sleep. Air con doesn’t work properly, especially at night time.
