Positive: A great price Loved how friendly and helpful the staff were Loved the location of the Hotel a two minute walk from the bus stop and then a minute walk to the ferry port. My room was always clean and the lovely cleaner even sorted some of my things out for me that I had left in a mess by an accident when I was in a rush. Staff always tried to accommodate any food/ drink choices. Breakfast was okay. The staff carried my case for me up the steep steps The restaurant serves food till 10pm during the summer it was really great. The room had a safe which was really handy. The shower was a good power and temperature. Great wardrobe space.
Negative: The breakfast options were the same every day nothing changed. There was only 2 hot food items eggs and bacon which I wish they varied them up. My room was very close to the bar next door so I struggled to sleep most nights due to the loud noise. The toilet was a little squishy not much room in the bathroom. However I stayed in a single room so I am assuming if you get a double room it might be different. Could have maybe been given a list of things to do. It was a local town so a top recommendations would have been good just a small leaflet maybe ?

Positive: Amazing view from the room, staff were very friendly and trying their best to support
Negative: We stayed at the second floor, the only thing that was missing is the elevator, so we couldn't take our luggage, we left it in the car, we only took what we need and what we can carry using the stairs

Positive: Very nice hotel next to the ferry station with an amazing view over the lake. Our room was with a view! The people working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice and you can have it outside enjoying the views.
Negative: It can be loud because of the road but with the doors closed there is no problem.
Summary: Great hotel with an amazing view.

Positive: Excellent location, beautiful town, and kind staff! Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Lake Como.
Negative: The walls were very thin, which was really the only downfall.
