Summary: Hotel was nice, air conditioning did not work so room was unbearably hot. This was the case for several rooms for the group we were visiting with.

Summary: The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024.

Summary: The hotel is located within an easy walk to the old town. The spa is connected to the hotel underground. The weather was terrible when we were there and so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that turned out to be wonderful. Staff and service were great. The spa really makes this place special (although some Americans may not be comfortable with mixed-sex nudity, which is required in the sauna areas).

Summary: Hotel is located just 7 min walk from both train station and the old centre of Leoben. The check-in was fast, room is spacious and quite with a nice view. It was a pleasant surprise to discover a 50m outside pool and indoor spa facilities (several saunas and air bubble spa pools), all included with your stay. The staff was friendly.
