Positive: Breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff deserve the highest praise for their kindness and attention to detail.
Negative: Everything was great until check-out. The person at the reception was new and hadn’t find payment the local city tax from us, and also couldn’t find any record of our card payment via Booking. We had to insist and ask them to check again. It turned out they hadn’t charged Booking, and there was no payment visible in their system. I strongly recommend clarifying all payment details upon check-in and making sure your booking is properly registered in their system. Parking is very limited, and all spots were taken when we arrived. We used the nearby underground paid parking — it’s OK.

Positive: The location was excellent – right in the center of Torbole and just a short walk to the lake. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well, which was great during the summer heat. Rooms are very small with ver very small bathroom. There no fridge in room.
Negative: The breakfast selection was basic. Parking was not very convenient – spaces were tight and few (we must leave car in city free parking).
Summary: Great location, good restoran were we get 10% promotion for hotel guests.

Positive: The location is fine. Close to the lake, groceries and busses
Negative: There was no real curtain on the window to block out street and sun light. No coffee maker in the room. Pillows are really terrible. Hard to find any help at the desk.
Summary: Lake Garda is exquisitely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
