Negative: There is no elevator, the rooms are big and a bit old,the hit was to hot at night time,i couldnt change the hit temparature in the room,the shower place is very small...

Positive: Very friendly and kind people looking after this hotel, excellent location in the middle of the mountains- Como lake is outstanding, good breakfast,clean quiet rooms - ideal for relaxing. It’s very good for mountain runners like me to stay here as you have a direct access to the mountains - if you want to go to the other side of the lake there is a bus stop just next to a hotel , you catch a bus and 20-30 min later you are on the other side depends where you want to go - absolutely recommended :)
Negative: The price per night could be a little bit lower :)

Positive: Very helpful staff, good breakfast, available parking, good location - easy access from main road, but within a walking distance to Colico center and railway station. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Positive: Best thing about this property was the hospitality,lady was very nice and friendly,we felt like at home
