Summary: I love the hospitality of the staff specially receptionist. They are very helpful .. only thing we are not happy about it’s to hot no air condition. Receptionist encourage to open the window. Which we did but the noise is ridiculous. Cleanliness is amazing and except at 2:00 am went to the washroom.. I saw a cockroach walking on my feet.. ayayyy.. no sleep.. I recommend to have an air condition. Giovanni , Marzia & all of them are very accommodating, I would say & upload to the staff. A millions of thanks. Grazie! Araceli & Giovanni
