Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to return. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. Our room was impeccably clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The wellness facilities were exceptional, featuring one of the best saunas we have experienced, excellent relaxation areas, and a beautifully warm swimming pool with lovely views over the surrounding fields. A special mention goes to the receptionist who welcomed us on arrival. She made the check-in process seamless, was courteous and efficient, and accommodated all of our requests with genuine professionalism. As we were travelling by motorcycle, we were kindly offered secure garage parking. Although we chose to park outside, as the hotel and its surroundings felt very safe, the team happily arranged for us to park closer to the reception, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent selection of high-quality, fresh produce. The check-out process was equally efficient and straightforward. While the room did not have air conditioning, which is our usual preference, the cooler evening temperatures ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel offers an exceptional standard of accommodation, first-class wellness facilities, and outstanding customer service. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Positive: Breakfast was very good. Dinner was good. Surroundings beautiful and quiet. A pity that we were on the move and could not stay.

Negative: Lack of aircondition in these hot days! That was unexpected for this class/price hotel.

Positive: The hotel still had its 1960s architecture, with amazing large windows and cute bathroom floor tiles with original features! We love this! They catered well for our pet and were excellent hosts. Breakfast was outstanding, Swiss selection of meats and cheeses, and the coffee was very good for self service machines.

Negative: Nothing. It was amazing!
