Positive: • There was excellent breakfast, many sweet options and some savory as well! My wife is vegan, and chef made vegan sweets for each morning for her (cakes, muffins, crepes), she said they were excellent. • Bike rental was good and cheap, only for 1 euro per bike • Reception staff was very polite, friendly and helpful • Pool area was nice and it was cleaned every morning • Bed was very comfortable and shampoo surprisingly good for hotel shampoo • If you go to Rimini we really recommend going to this hotel
Negative: • Thin walls, you can hear everything if you happen to have noisy neighbours • Cleaning staff forgot some things, one day we didn’t get any cleaning and other days some minor things (trash bin was missing and other day the bag in trash bag was missing) but otherwise everything was okay

Positive: The staff was more than great. Even the cleaning lady is so polite and friendly. Every single thing we wanted they tried to organise. The beach was really near, the breakfast was perfect, the pool was very clean. So we definitelly want to come back. ☺️

Positive: - A few minutes' walk from San Giuliano Mare beach. - Comfy air-conditioned family bedroom on the ground floor, very close to reception (the bathroom was a bit on the small side though). - Excellent breakfast buffet, with many sweet and savoury options (the guy Andrea keeps his head down and is very hard working!). - The swimming pool is pleasant to use and free, and a good alternative if you're not a big lover of the beach. - Of all staff members, the manager Lorena is really the only one who is naturally cut out to deal with customers, she's very polite and nice to talk to.
Negative: - I wasn't too keen on the other members of staff (all women + a man who does the night shift as reception is open 24h), apart from Lorena, the others have a "normal" behaviour towards customers, i.e. you can see they're just there to do a job and, apart from good morning/good evening, etc., they don't seem to care too much about the customers. Their overall knowledge should also be improved, e.g. l asked the youngest member where l can buy a bus ticket, she directed me to a place quite far away, so l double-checked with Lorena and l was advised to go to the kiosk on the promenade instead, which is about 200m from the hotel - although there's a notice at the entrance of the swimming pool clearly saying NO diving, some people would dive regularly as if they were at a water park, nobody says or does anything to prevent that, I found this quite annoying - the shower soap holder in the bathroom had some broken bars, whatever was placed on it was falling through, l raised it up to management, one of their handymen was on site and replaced it with a temporary sucking pad soap holder, which was rubbish as it was coming off the wall all the time, after a couple of days they installed a new proper soap holder; although overall this was a minor inconvenience, it shouldn't happen during the very busy month of August and should have been picked up by the cleaning staff, for the price l paid for the room this is not acceptable and shouldn't have been overlooked - San Giuliano Mare is separated from the Rimini beaches & promenade by a canal, in order to cross it there's a 1-minute ferry that costs €1,50 pp one-way (robbery) OR you can walk south along the canal, cross the bridge, and walk up north, however it does take time, so bear this in mind if you're planning to go to Rimini every evening, once the novelty of the ferry wears off it gets quite annoying to always spend, say, €6,00 for a family of 4 and then another €6,00 back

Negative: The private parking has room just for few cars but next to the building there is a public parking lot. There is no charge station for electric cars.
