Positive: The rooms are very spacious, the Hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff are courteous, helpful. Breakfast is very good and the meals were value for money. Saturdays they have a rooftop dinner with live music. I made a mistake and booked the wrong dates and they helped me out to change the dates free of charge. The Hotel also provides transport to a private beach with free deckchairs and sun beds.
Negative: There is little to criticize.
Summary: Simply the best hotel I have visited this year.

Positive: We loved our time at this hotel, and there were so many reasons why. Let’s start with the essentials: the rooms were spacious and spotless, the pool was lovely, and beach access was easy. Housekeeping was impeccable—our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels always provided. Breakfast was fab. A generous buffet included cereals, cold meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables, fruit, yoghurts, and an array of breads and pastries. There was also a warm selection featuring scrambled eggs, local hams, and sausages—plus excellent coffee and fresh juices to start the day right. We dined at the hotel restaurant on our first night and were impressed by the beautiful setting and great food. While the hotel is a bit removed from the centre of Cefalù (evening taxis cost around €20 to town and €25 to return, which can make it quite costly), we found the peaceful location to be a welcome retreat from the bustle. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. When we initially booked (under a non-refundable option) we accidentally selected the wrong property. Although we couldn’t cancel, the team was incredibly understanding. I mentioned our concern about the kids’ room lacking a balcony, and they generously upgraded us at no extra cost. Their kindness was deeply appreciated. During our stay, my husband had an unfortunate accident with a sunbed and broke his fingers. It was a painful and distressing moment, but the staff responded with compassion and urgency. They rallied around to assist, even arranging and covering the cost of a taxi to the hospital. Their care and professionalism during a crisis spoke volumes. It’s easy to praise a hotel when everything goes smoothly, but true excellence is revealed in moments of challenge. This team exceeded every expectation. A heartfelt thank you to Soraya Francesco, Giacinto Valeria, Antonio, and Adriano.
Negative: The taxi’s into the resort do make it quite costly. It would be perfect if the hotel provided a low cost transfer option day and night.

Positive: Quiet hotel with very nice dinner (food taste and overall arrangement), free sheltered parking for the car and walking distance from the beach. Although the nearest beach right down from the hotel is a rocky one, there's another one about 400m which is sandy. Hotel offers a ride to the sandy beach plus vouchers for sunbeds/umbrellas and towels.
Negative: Room was tiny definitely had a hard time accommodating a family of 3. If you're light-weight traveling then yes, but if you have 3 large suitcases, you won't have a room to walk. The first day we didn't have water, but it was not a fault of the hotel.

Negative: Where do I start. The majority of staff were extremely unfriendly to the point of being arrogant and rude. The breakfast buffet was fine but for a 4 star property you would expect a mini bar, tea and coffee available in your room and basic food menu available outside of lunch and dinner times. The property had no food options between 2.30pm-8pm. Due the hotels location, there are no other food options available within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Positive: The private beach and the pool. The night person at the front office was very nice and smiling.
Negative: Very expensive bar & restaurants for Italy. No one explained anything to us at the check in. This is not a 4* hotel. The room has nothing ( not even a pen)
