Positive: Breakfast and all dining was great. The rooms were just a tad dated but were excellent size and very clean. I prefer a softer mattress but my husband was happy with the firmness. The view was outstanding. There is a spa with whirlpool and sauna. All very nice. The pool wasn’t over chlorinated. A massage therapist is available. I would recommended inquiring the day before if interested. A very lovely experience. Wish we had more time for a second night.

Positive: We really liked this accommodation, so we were sorry that we could stay just one night. Although the furnishings of the room was old fashioned it was spotlessly clean and the room had a magnificent view of the lake. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious - we travel to Italy really often for many years (it is our favourite country) - but this was perhaps best breakfast in Italy for a long time. We are sorry that we came to late to have a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. I personally also enjoyed the inside pool.

Positive: Very clean, modern facilities with large rooms and excellent food. The food in Malcesine was a bit disappointing but not in this hotel. Amazing chef and excellent wine selection.

Negative: The water pressure was a bit low in the bathrooms. A good walk into the town centre, 25 minutes and steep on the way back.

Positive: The room was very spacious and with a large balcony with lake view. Unfortunately I arrived a bit late(7pm) and could not use the spa facilities, which was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel, but based on the quality of the other facilities I expect it to be good too. Various options for breakfast as well!
