Positive: The environment, the “nature” inside the complex

Negative: I paid much more than what booking said “was the total”… They never sent me any receipt at all, I’m still waiting. The girl that day said “they’ll send me” the invoice, nothing happened. I got charge $40 more on top of the reservation without any explanation…. besides the ladies in the restaurant are “too nice” (according to them) that feels that they’re actually harassing you… I mean, I understand you’re older and try to be “nice” but people also need their time to eat, why are they coming to bother all breakfast, to pick up your phone, touch your back and try to pretend they’re you’re friends… you’re nice, cool, don’t touch my belongings neither pass the respect line. The place is beautiful though

Positive: Loved everything! Staff were friendly, seamless check in and check out, and the atmosphere was amazing. The pool was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!
