Positive: What I liked was the beautiful art deco decor. The pool is fabulous. There’s also that lovely spa smell throughout the hotel. The staff overall was professional and nice. Shout out to Andrew who was super helpful. The room was a really good size. The bed was comfy and room was clean. Also they have Dyson hair dryers. Wow! And linen drink napkins. Those touches set this hotel from others. There were minor hiccups my first day but they were able to quickly address the issues.
Negative: There were hiccups my first day. The pool was closed due to a wedding. I did not get an email about the closure. But the staff got me an uber to use a day pool pass at another hotel. Also the tv in my room did not work so I was moved to another actually nicer room. Overall I was happy with how they addressed the problem.
