Positive: The best about the property was customer service & a warm welcome when we arrived. Brigita the Front office staff was AMAZING, she was talented very polite & had positive attitude. She guided us about everything around Croatia 🇭🇷. We would love to visit the hotel again and again. Thank you and hope to see you soon with our family and friends.

Positive: We stayed at Hotel Batuda for two nights. The hotel is located approximately 6 km from Split Riva promenade. For transport, there’s a bus station nearby, but you need to take two buses to reach the Split center. We opted for Uber/Bolt, which took just 15 minutes and cost between 6 and 7 euros – it was very convenient. The breakfast was really nice, and we were very satisfied with the food. The reception staff was also excellent; they were friendly and the reception was available 24 hours a day. There’s a supermarket nearby, which was very useful. The hotel is very clean, and well maintained. We also had a room with a lovely view of the mountains, and it was quite spacious as well.

Negative: There was no safe in the room.
