Positive: Nice place right beside the promenade which was nice for an evening stroll. Staff were extremely friendly. Room was very spacious and comfortable and had a lovely view over the bay. Snacks available at all times were a lovely touch. Breakfast was tasty.

Positive: Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They gave us tips on local tours and places to visit. The free shuttle service that the hotel offers was very handy and professional. The location was brilliant - we had a marvellous view of the sea from our bedroom and went for walks along the beach. It was very restful. Would Def recommend to anyone doing a trip in Hualien or the region around.

Positive: 7 star service. The staff was super nice. Shuttle service to and from the train station. Great recommendation with consideration for the guests. We used the Hualien Haoxing tour from the Hualien city. It was hot outside. But the people are all so nice to the tourists. They keep the environment very clean.
