Summary: We stayed at Hotel Bazzoni in Tremezzo and had the most fantastic stay. The location was perfect with Lake Views and directly across from the Ferry port. Our room was modern and fairly spacious. We relaxed at the pool. The breakfast was lovely. The bar was the best part. The staff were lovely and in particular Victoria who made the most outstanding cocktails. We had a cocktail in the grand hotel and returned to our bar as Victoria’s cocktails were far superior ⭐️

Summary: What a beautiful place to visit. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff are very friendly. It would be nice to have better pillows. Small issue. We had the best time!

Summary: Very close to the lake water busses and boats in general. Not too fancy but great view and WAY cheaper than the Grand Hotel and a 2 minute walk.

Summary: The view for this property was gorgeous, staff were very friendly. My fav thing about this spot was the pool. Umm wasn’t a fan of the bathroom, the tub was very weirdly shaped, water got everywhere when you showered as there were no curtains. I’m 5’7 and I had to crouch, in order to avoid getting water everywhere. Ac wasn’t the best but it was decent, had asked management to help us set it at the highest level. Public transportation was right infront of the hotel, so that was super convenient as there’s no access to taxi or Ubers. There’s also a ferry port right infront. The room itself was a little congested, but it was manageable. We had a patio area connected to our room, so that was really nice.

Summary: WiFi was not working for a full day. As a result I was unable to fulfil my duties which resulted in a loss of income. Hotel did not compensate or refund the first day. WiFi was fixed the next day. Pool is open from 10-6pm. Not sure why but I think it’s because the hotel maintenance person sleeps on the top where the pool is.

Summary: Very good experience for a 3 star hotel, it felt more like a 4 star. The best part of the stay was the location for a quiet experience of lake como, amazing views and very convenient with the bus stop and ferry pier right outside the hotel. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Bar was always busy and had a good vibe in the evenings, music entertainment some nights too. Mainly older (60 ) guests and mainly British. No pool towels and not allowed to use the room white towels, bring your own or you can buy some thin quick drying towels from reception for 10€ if you want. Pool is very clean and well maintained, no rush for the sunbeds in the morning but do fill up by 10am-11am on a good sunny day. The fine dining restaurant was great, recommend this as a treat. Bring a 3 pin travel adapter, some rooms only have accessible plugs in the bathroom with a usb port next to the bed or some rooms had a normal plug socket next to the bed. Reception also sell travel adapters for 10€ if you don't have the correct one. Italy have 3 different types of plugs you can use. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends.
