Summary: I had an amazing stay, the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful as it is located by the water, make sure to check out their restaurant upstairs.

Summary: Lake views are amazing and the location is excellent. The restaurant was good but we didn’t have time to try the rooftop bar. Very dog friendly hotel

Summary: Breathtaking view of the lake and mountains from our room, the rooftop bar, and the ground floor restaurant. Our room wasn’t completely prepared when we arrived but they quickly remedied and brought us everything we needed and small touches like a welcome biscuit. Excellent customer service!

Summary: A very nice hotel, with very accommodating staff. Well located within Neuchatel and overlooks the marina. Plenty of open air eateries within 5 minutes walk. The room was excellent, although there are notices advising not to open the windows because of the insects- it was very interesting to see mayflies up close resting on the windows! I was on the 6th floor, the rooftop bar on the 7th floor is lively at the weekend and thus the 6th is not for light sleepers. I didn't eat here during my stay so cannot comment on the restaurant.
