Summary: Was NOT what we were expecting! Booked a king room and got queen beds. Carpet old and worn and not clean. Room slanted so badly we almost fell getting to the bathroom! No elevator for anyone who could not do the 2 flights of stairs. Very, very old and worn. Beds clean enough but rest of the room questionable for cleanliness. Yoel rack wax broken and missing. Staff not very friendly. Very minimal continental breakfast.

Summary: Well the cleanliness wasn’t up to the mark. AC was not effective and the room was very very cramped. All in all not going back to this hotel .

Summary: It was a nice stay, the only downside is the elevator. There is no elevator for elders in the hotel. Other than that it was a nice stay

Summary: Needs a little upgrades in a few areas. Mini fridge broken. No remote for tv. Should be someone monitoring the breakfast area every 5 min. But for price it was ok.

Summary: Staff are very kind and friendly but the hotel needs an urgent update. The carpet is so dirty, the tv stand had so much dust, there was hair in the bedding, the floor is uneven and made lots of noise when you walked. It definetly needs a make over.

Summary: I liked the price of the room and the fact that the hotel was close to the downtown. I did not like that there was not someone available at the desk all the time and the front door not being locked at night.
