Summary: Will have to admit we almost passed up this little gem due to the fact it didn't list it had air conditioning in the room (stay was mid-Aug); hard to sleep if hot. The room did not have ac but the cool breeze off the lake was perfect! I am usually a mosquito attractant and will not sleep with the doors open but took the chance this time and had no issues. The view from this hotel is breathtaking and entertaining as the lake in front is a hot spot for windsurfers and kiteboarders. The owners were so kind and attentive. Breakfast was very good. So glad we didn't pass on this one!! Worth the stay for sure.

Summary: Great staff, awesome location, nice breakfast, overall the staff is very good! New management and we could see the hotel is being updated and remodeled. For the price the experience was excellent and we would certainly stay there again.

Summary: Beautiful location. Lovely restaurant. The only drawback is the walls are very thin. If not for that I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Summary: A lovely family run hotel right beside Lake Como away from the bustle of the larger towns. Easy parking available right beside the hotel and a great restaurant net door. Hosts Carlo & Christina are so friendly & welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay here.
