Positive: Close to lake side. Good bed. Good breakfast Friendly staff

Negative: Small room. Constant noise from bathroom fan nevertheless was switched off. Missing pillow Swimming pool was no available. Fitness room only with 3 exercise bike. Steady raining :-)
