Summary: NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY. Although the hotel has an elevator, you need to go up 16 steps, with no banister. Breakfast room is only accessible via a 20 step stairway. Otherwise, fairly nice.

Summary: I loved this hotel. Perfectly situated above the plaza and train station and at the end of the street, full of restaurants and things to see and do and a great view and wonderful staff and convenient and clean and an excellent value for the money. I loved this hotel. I stay at three star hotels to five star hotels and this was the perfect hotel for the visit to Genoa Italy.

Summary: The location is excellent, right in front of the train station. The owner was very nice and explained everything properly. Th thing that wasnt good is the smell, there is a lot of humidity in the building walking down the hallways, once you are in the room it is not noticeable. The other thing that would be appreciated is a bit more variety in the breakfast but you can tell the parents of the owner are in charge and being an older couple it must be hard for them, they do their best and it is very well appreciated, maybe try to just add some eggs and ham at least.
