Summary: Check in was impersonal as I had to check in through the door with a drawer which I figured it's for safety protocol but at checkout time he was nice enough to let me into the office to get my $50 deposit back. Plus the room was nice and clean but on night two was when I saw a cockroach. So I called the front desk and the same man that checked me in came into my room and took the roach out with a tissue and said that he will contact pest control to raid the whole room (or just the bathroom) but overall nice enough stay.

Summary: I was surprised at check-in that it was through a glass wall with a drawer to pass things back and forth. I was not expecting that and it was very impersonal and made we wonder if it was safe. The woman who helped me was friendly though. The room was spacious but the towels were quite thin and there wasn't enough bedding; we were cold and had to turn on the heat. But the unit was a bit loud and it was hard to sleep when it was on. In the middle of one of the nights, someone took a shower or bath next door and the pipes were so loud it kept us awake. The woman who checked us in did help me when I needed something and she even came to the room which was very nice.

Summary: There were many nice restaurants and shops in walking distance and it was a very nice and convenient location. The bed was excellent and it is so nice to have the managers on property.
