Positive: The location of the hotel. The view was breathtaking. We were impressed with the veriaty for breakfast. Rim,the receptionist, is a teriffic asset for the hotel, she assisted us with every request we had.
Negative: A coffee machine eg mini Nestle Dolce machine would be a nice "love to have" in the room. That we did not stayed longer!!! That we did not had more Hugo spritzers. Had more lasagna's!!! Made friends in Spiazzi.

Positive: Very good location for trekkers, hikers, nature lovers etc. The breakfast is not overly plentiful but I think it is well thought out. It has everything for everyone's taste. Stuff is very polite.
Negative: Cleaning man came at 15 PM.
Summary: Spiazzi is a nice little town where we felt really comfortable.

Positive: They gave a free upgrade to Park Hotel San Pietro, and it was great. Nice breakfast was included. lovely receptionist, good food at their restaurant and there was free parking available. .

Positive: The Free upgrade to a room with kitchenette. Friendly front desk staff.
Negative: 'Mediocre' breakfast. We saw the lady who prepares breakfast smoking in the breakfast kitchen. Skip the breakfast on our second day. Fully renovated modern room but there is a leak around the toilet which could easily be fixed. The room was too cold for us at night and the heating control by the front desk.

Negative: Walls were not finished nicely, unsure if they were damp or not.. Was a bit of a funny smell also.

Positive: Breakfast was good.
Negative: Entrance of the Hotel should be better marked. I came from back side and there was only on paper with: "use right side". I need to search in other building. Was not visible to me, next building belongs to same hotel.
