Positive: A bit old dated design, but clean rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, good Internet connectikn, Nice swimming pool but not enough space around.
Negative: Water in the swimming pool is too cold to stay longer and too many people to have a swim. Steam room too small so over crowded, I would expect better swimming area as for 5* hotel based on the pictuers on booking, these pictures give you wrong idea. Also spa was fully booked, it should be mentioned on the booking app that you have to book spa in advance in this hotel! breakfast avrage, no fresh juices, poor selection of bread or eggs which usually are basic things in 4*+ hotels.
Summary: I would expect better facilities for 5*hotel, will choose different hotel.next time in Ustron

Positive: The buffet breakfast and dinner are excellent. Wide, varied selection. The location is great, with a good view of the mountains. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Negative: Basically, there is nothing to complain about. The mattresses are too soft for my taste, but that's a matter of personal preference. Perhaps a gym would further enhance the hotel's standard.

Positive: Very clean room. Exceptional taste of breakfasts and restaurant’s kitchen. Very friendly and professional check out receptionists. Parking spaces next to the hotel entrance. Panoramic view from the room balcony. Spa services booking flexibility. Play room for children very well equipped.
Negative: Lack of words such as please, thank you and a bit of friendliness while check in procedures. Few “professional” customers swear words noisy chat among their company inmates located on their balcony and the garden rest area at evening time.
Summary: Worth considering by families with small children.

Positive: A wonderful experience- a really fantastic staff team who went out of their way to ensure a great stay, from early check-in to late check-out. Fantastic breakfast selection and again, excellent waiting staff. Really good spa facilities and staff. The comfort room is spacious with a good size balcony and a great bathroom. Overall, a great place to rest and relax in a beautiful setting with super facilities and an outstanding team - definitely will stay again
