Positive: In the middle of the forrest, environmentally conscious and kind family run hotel, very considerate staff, great breakfast (vegan and AMAZING quality, all the basics and loads of extra like fresh fruits and juices, special jams made by their own chef). Luxury products in bathroom available, soft towels and amazing bedlinnen. Good bed and pillows. LOVED this place!!
Negative: You may hear noise from the shared hall or neighbours. Rooms are not fully soundproof. The sheets had hairs in them: small hairs (animal/human?) which don’t come out with laundry service but can be manually removed. It would look fresher though I am 100% sure the sheets were super fresh.
Summary: Excellent stay, amazing breakfast & quality staff, room, materials, location: will go back.

Positive: Not vegan here but full of yummy choices to eat. The room was big enough and the bed was super comfy! The view of the window above our bed directly into the woods was special. Took my road bike to ride and the hotel is definetely a good starting point to reach everywhere!

Positive: The breakfast buffet was very varied. The hotel rooms were spacious and beautifullly decorated. The hotel is set just out of town on the edge of a nature reserve with endless walking/cycling paths
Negative: Sadly the hotel restaurant has delayed opening until August.

Negative: Cheap finishings, very poor sound isolation (one can hear really anything from the room above or from the corridor). Breakfast was a joke. Even if you provide a vegan breakfast, there are still plenty of options one can supply. Given the price, it's a no-go.

Positive: The room was nice - the bed was lovely and the vegan breakfast great. We were greeted by a friendly owner, and that is always appreciated.
Negative: We arrived to a building site (thought we had come to the wrong place) and parked among rubble and gravel. Not my favorite scenario, and had I known that the surroundings of the hotel was at this state at this time, I would never have booked it. But nobody told us and there wasn't any reduction in the price to indicate it. On checkout there were builders with radios everywhere, and we had to try to manoeuvre around them on our way back and forth with luggage and dog. Obviously the owners of the place had never tried to use the room themselves (as is always a good idea). Thus it would have been clear that the handheld showerhead couldn't be taken out of the holder, that only 1 out of 4 shampoos could pump and that a waste paper basket was needed! What we most disliked though was that you could hear every sound from other people in the building...
