Positive: Great for kids with a big playground and animals. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is amazing with great views and hikes around. We would definitely come back.

Negative: The kid's area wasn't included in the price, though that wasn't mentioned as an extra fee in the advert. The breakfast is quite expensive. Staff smokes in visitor areas so we often had cigarette smells around our young child.

Positive: Great location - about 30 minutes by bus from Kufstein. Spa area is clean, well-equipped and very relaxing. Our room was very nice and comfortble with balcony facing an amazing view. Breakfast spread was terrific. There's a tiny but adequate fitness room and a shop with cute trinkets and souvenirs. The bar with live music adds to the summer holiday vibe. The outdoor area looks awesome but it's catered for children and the little petting zoo is very cute.
