Positive: Great location, across the street from the Interlaken West train station. Everything within walking distance. Good breakfast included and free water, coffee, tea available in lobby. From the room, nice view of the mountains and all the parasailers. Would stay here again if returning to Interlaken.

Positive: The staff was kind and helpful. We had to leave early one morning for the Jungfrau so we got a to-go breakfast. You need to give 24 hour notice for the to-go breakfast. It was perfect 😋 The room size was great and everything was clean. We will definitely be returning

Positive: Wow—I was very pleased with this place, especially the location and the staff. I booked one night here for my clients at the start of our ski trip and another night at the end. It was incredibly helpful that they allowed us to store extra personal gear during the trip and have it waiting for us when we returned. That level of flexibility and service made the logistics much smoother. Roger and Silvano were especially friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I will certainly be bringing future ski clients back to Hotel Bernerhof for upcoming ski trips. Other major benefits included reliable Wi-Fi, a good breakfast that was included, and an excellent location just a one-minute walk from Interlaken West train station, with great restaurants and shops nearby.
