Summary: The hotel was decent, but there was no Air Conditioning in the room. We had to keep the window and the door to the balcony open all night. Adding to the inconvenience, Switzerland won the game against Columbia in the FIFA 2026 World Cup ( kudos to them!) and there were people driving in cars and motorcycles honking till 3 in the morning. Keeping the window and the patio door open made it impossible to sleep with all the thinking… Congrats Swiss team, sorry hotel Bernerhof

Summary: This hotel is better than it looks from outside. Rooms are v quiet considering the location and are freshly renovated. Just a little expensive

Summary: Overall I’d say this was an excellent stay - the only glitch was that we were told breakfast was until 11 the first day but it ended at 10 so we were only able to get coffee. Could have been a misunderstanding since I checked in late. Other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel - very clean and very friendly staff. I would definitely stay again 😊

Summary: This hotel is centrally located and nearest the Bahnhof which is one reason.we chose it. A beautiful property with all rooms having a balcony. We were in the front facing Bahnhofstrasse and above the adjacent restaurant entrance. If you want a quieter area, request a room with balcony facing the side street. This did not bother us as the area quieted down around 2200. The location besides being nearest the trai station also affords you access to Hohweg which is the street that connects Interlaken Ost to West - an easy and elegant walk of no more than 30 minutes.

Summary: Our young son got sick while we were staying here and the staff was so helpful. They brought clean towels and linens and asked after him. Also, once he felt better the breakfast provided was delicious. We were so grateful to be cared for while taking care of our sick child so far from home.
