Summary: Our young son got sick while we were staying here and the staff was so helpful. They brought clean towels and linens and asked after him. Also, once he felt better the breakfast provided was delicious. We were so grateful to be cared for while taking care of our sick child so far from home.

Summary: I stayed in 5 differents hotels in Switzerland.. This was, by far, the best. Everything was perfect: location, staff, breakfast, room, shower.. Loved it

Summary: The hotel was in the perfect location right next to Interlaken West train station. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a nice buffet breakfast each morning and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was on a Friday night with the street noise because I had the window open. Other than that, the stay wonderful.

Summary: Amazing hotel, nothing bad to say at all! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived! The room was perfect; very clean and modern, comfortable bed, good amenities and facilities. The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a good way to start the day. Free coffee machine in the main lobby was a nice touch. Location was perfect, just outside Interlaken West station and shops and restaurants all very close. Thank you for a perfect stay!
