Positive: Room and view were fabulous!

Negative: No welcome! No jnformation available on surrounding area. Breakfast was poor, little choice and food wasn't replenished. Balcony hadn't been swept . Coffee and tea facilities in room were poor. No spoons, cardboard cups in bathroom Asked at reception if there were any biscuits available in hotel ...Nothing available in a 4 star hotel!!! Had to ask for milk for tea. No tissues in room. Overall poor quality.

Positive: It is a very comfortable, family-run hotel. Wonderful views over the town and coast. Staff very pleasant and helpful (including the adorable golden Labrador who keeps a watchful eye on proceedings!) It is a fairly small hotel and has a quiet, relaxed and civilised atmosphere. This was our third visit and can’t wait to return.
