Positive: The 2 ladies we interacted with at Reception were so very pleasant and helpful. The receptionist in the early evening when we arrived gave us suggestions for restaurants and indicated where they could be found on her phone. Both ladies are charming. Breakfast was pleasant and plentiful.
Negative: The room photographs well. But a bit of a disappointment. The bathroom is very small with a bathtub that isn't easy to get in to. A shame there's no elevator.
Summary: A good night for one night.

Positive: The manager welcomed us in a friendly helpful way. The hotel is well located in the centre of Caen and is perfect for a short stay
Negative: This hotel is hard to fault. An elevator would b nice but was not essential for us.
