Summary: It was a basic Hostle Style place. Clean and comfortable. I felt safe.

Summary: Clean, quick, no-frills. Phone calls answered promptly and with to-the-point service and info. Even though hotel was fully booked, at least one of the shared bathrooms was always available, and they were well maintained and cared for. Everything I can expect for a budget stay in Chicago during one of the busiest weeks of the year.

Summary: I realized the day after making reservation there was no front desk. Whatever. The place was near public transit, but on 2d floor, without elevator. The property managers gave me necessary passcodes to enter building and room. There was a cluster of restrooms at opposite end of hall, so I needed to walk each time. My door had a lock on it, and I was deathly afraid of locking myself out of room accidently: who would let me back in and when??.

Summary: The room was perfect for my needs. The bathrooms are shared with several other rooms, but there seemed to be plenty for the number of rooms--I only had to wait once for a short period of time. The bathrooms were clean, and quite attractive. The room was reasonably spacious, in good condition, and had a queen bed, desk, refrigerator, and large-screen TV.

Summary: Awesome customer service. Ozzie was very helpful throughout my stay. He responded right away with any concerns and fixed any issue I had. It was very cold in the room a few nights. He gave me a small heater, which was very helpful. I also didn’t have a microwave in my room, which he gave me one. Great customer service. I will definitely be back.

Summary: Good location, friendly, and quick to respond. Takes a minute to get used to a shared bathroom but overall good experience.

Summary: Folks, this is the best value in town. Ozzie and Vinnie (Owner/Manager) went above and beyond in service. Centrally located to downtown, close to the L. I was throughly pleased. Now, if you need an attached bathroom, probably not the place for you. Shared bathrooms were clean with no issues from other guests. I will book this again on my next trip. Thank you again Ozzie and Vinnie. You made the trip special.
